Two field trips are required for this course. At least one of the field trips must involve a visit to an organization/initiative that is outside of Knox County, Ohio.

Title Page Use standard APA format.
Abstract Not required.

Use standard APA format.

Title Use standard APA format for placing title in the beginning of the body of text.
Summary of Field Trip Give a brief overview of the field trip: location, organization, initiative, purpose, personnel,  etc.  Write this section as if writing an abstract for the article.
Community Development Components Identify, clearly state, and describe the various "community development components" found in the organization/initiative.
Impact of Organization/Initiative on the Community Describe and discuss the impact of the community development organization/initiative on the "targeted" community. 
Personal Application of Ideas from the Organization/Initiative Describe and discuss the application of ideas from this organization/initiative as related to your Community Development Project. How did this field trip rate as a learning experience in terms of contributing toward the student's Community Development Project?
References Not required.

Appendix Required for instructor’s copy.

This paper requires an Appendix. Appendix will need to have a title under the centered heading of Appendix. This appendix will include printed materials from the visited organization/initiative. Use standard APA format.
