The Consensus Organizing Model This article illustrating the new approach toward community development. In the past, conflict was viewed as the only way to make changes. Recently, there have been many examples of the effective use of consensus building as a way to create community development. This is a primary reference source for this course.

In this second (of four) Community Development Article Report...be prepared to thoroughly share and discuss the article with the class.
