Please identify strengths of the instructor's teaching ability.
1. Ron was able to incoporate additional material into each presentation that made the course more interesting. Instead of just going over the assigned reading material he broadened the scope by bringing in additional resources. Ron is very professional and takes pride in his profession. He also requires each student to go a little beyond what is 'required'. I believe in a graduate level course you need instructors such as Ron to build tomorrows leaders.
2. very open to student opinions. good at pulling input from all students. asks a lot of questions to get one thinking. absolutely friendly.
3. I have always appreciated Ron
4. Facilitated meaningful dialogue.
5. Presenation Skills Another great Bolender class.....
6. Ron did an excellent job. He is probably the best lecturer I have had at MVNU
7. Ron was excellent at involving all of us in contributing multiple views on an issue. He treated us as responsible adults that were expected to complete the necessary reading and utilized class time for sharing and further explanation of concepts.
8. Ron is very knowledgeable and makes the class interesting
9. Professor Bolender was a great communicator with that allowed for easy comprehension.

Weaknesses.
1. I know this is where it is most important to comment so that the professor can become better at what he or she does but I really cannot find any area where Ron could have done better.
2. Absolutly None

15. How much time in hours was spent doing homework each week? 09.23

What aspects of the curriculum were most relevant?
1. I believe looking into the case studies each week was the most relevant to the course.
2. Class time
3. enjoyed the Level Three Leadership book
4. The Clawson book was outstanding reading.
5. Using the ethics model to develop our own analysis of the ethical dilemma.
6. great class all the way around
7. found value in the case study discussions

Least?
1. terminology - time used to learn 'large words for common sense actions' would have been better used by some practical application of more case studies
2. Some of the reading was overkill. Too much reading for basically what I consider 'common sense' material. I believe that the case studies, or real life application was much better than all of the definitions and jargon in most of the reading.
