Please identify strengths of the instructor's teaching ability.
1. Dr Ron really is knowledgable about his topic. He was very engaging. This class was a real treat. The Joy at Work discussions were wonderful-it truely brought Christian view is focus.
2. Ron is a great instructor. He is very organized. He is extremely competent. He knows when to help keep us moving and when to let an issue rest as we all take part in discussing and sharing about the concepts.
3. Mr. Bolender is a valuable addition to the MVNU staff. He's very knowledgeable and detailed, which is appreciated.
4. extremely large knowledge base on everything from finance to org behavior
5. Ron does an excellent job covering the material and yet remaining flexible with the class to share thoughts and ideas in the class setting.
6. Very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the topic.
7. Dr. Bolender is a very good instructor. He is able to engage all the students in the class in the discussions, and he covers relevant topics that we will be able to use. The assignments were just right, and I learned some good things about organizational behavior. This may have been the most enjoyable class so far for me in this program. MVNU should be proud of having Dr. Bolender on the faculty.

What aspects of the curriculum were most relevant?
1. Both books really addressed Org Behavior
2. 'Joy at Work' book. Reading and discussing that was a wonderful addition to the material. I wish more of our other courses had a similar resource that integrated the content and faith. Some have had it, but that could be a really great component for each course.
3. The article reviews allowed deeper study of selected topics from the text that most applied to the student.
4. Bakke text was very good
5. The manager's impact upon the work environment. Organizational culture.
6. The discussion topics were relevant and the assignments not so overwhelming that I could not enjoy the experience of completing them. It was an excellent course. Don't change a thing about the course.

Least?
1. none
2. robbins and judge was hard to read
3. The Bakke text was nice but wasn't most applicable to this student.
4. None.
