Please identify strengths of the instructor's teaching ability.
1. He knew the subject very well
2. very knowledgable, personable and really motivating.
3. I really liked the way the instructor engaged the class in discussion instead of reading power-point slides. I feel like I learned a lot more from the experiences of the instructor and the class than I would have by just taking notes on the slides and out of the book. Used in conjunction with each other, I retained a lot more.
4. Instructor was very knowledgeable about the course curriculum.
5. Ron had a lot of enthusiasm and was excited when students contributed to the class with real-life experience.
6. I thought Professor Bolender was terrific. He obviously enjoys his job and is eager to share his knowledge with others. He encouraged class participation, but didn't force it.
7. Good job getting classroom discussions

Weaknesses.
1. None
2. Ron read from the powerpoint slides and not too much else during class.
3. At times classroom discussions dominated class and not all material was covered. I feel I have learned alot from this class so I am not sure if this is an issue.
4. N/A

What aspects of the curriculum were most relevant?
1. The case studies related to the course readings.
2. I think the case studies that we did helped me to apply the concepts outlined in the book more effectively. I really understand the ideas presented in this class.
3. I can't think of anything right now... I am sure there was something...
4. I really valued the class discussions on this topic.
5. The use of papers is an effective tool for learning.

Least?
1. It is hard to produce papers on topic not yet discussed in class. The last paper took a significant amount of time to complete. Reading 4 chapters in addition writing to 2 separate papers required over 30 hours to complete. I am not sure it was the most effective use of time for the students to regurgitate chapters 4 separate case studies as part of the final paper.
2. This could have been an online class. I don't think writing two 500 word case studies each week gave me a strong understanding of organizational behavior. I also do not like the fact that a project at the end of the course dictates 1/2 of my grade. The case study at the end was redundant, I'm sorry to say that I didn't get much out of this class.
3. There were too many papers/writing for this subject matter. Some of it was necessary, but I felt it was a little overboard. Much preferred the people interaction on this topic.
4. Too many papers!!!
5. The way the class curriculum is set up is very unfavorable for students. I feel that this course could have been an online course. When a project at the end of the course is accountable for more point than everything that has been done in the four weeks before, I believe that this is poor curriculum set up.
