| Please identify strengths of the
instructor's teaching ability. 1. - Great communicator - Responds promptly to questions - Very intelligent and able to make difficult concepts easy to understand - Keeps students engaged - Challenges students to excel and submit excellent work - Pays attention to details related to assignments 2. I had my doubts with the on-line classes. It felt so cold and unfamiliar. But Mr. Ron Bolender made all the difference. At first, I didn’t have that personal attachment that is gained from in-class sessions, but he made up with warmth, understanding and encouragement. I believe he understands that the working adult is a unique individual. The adult student juggles home life, work, family and many other commitments yet they still sought after the dream of being a future graduate. And it’s leaders like Ron that make the difference and know what it means to serve and not to be served. |
