| Please identify strengths of the
instructor's teaching ability. 1. able to teach us to look outside of the box. 2. Dr. Bolender always takes the time to explain the assignments. He relates well to the students. 3. Ron is very knowledgeable about doing business research. His guidance was very helpful in making sure that the students knew the expectations of the class. 4. Too strong. He should be teaching on a graduate level. 5. Very Good at Teaching this subject. Very good at explaining things. At the begining, I was a little over-whelmed by the Homework, but he broke it down and explained everything so perfect that I was able to accomplish all my assignments. 6. The professor is the best I have had. His class was difficult but very valuable 7. I would say that Ron is the best instructor I have had over my past 2 1/2 years at MVNU. He is extremely prompt with grades, which is appreciated, and a great communicator! 8. Real life work skills have made Ron a very good teacher. |
| Weaknesses. 1. The fact that there is so much to do in a short period of time does not allow Ron to be 100% efficent in teaching all that he has learned. 2. None that I can think of!!! 3. None 4. None. 5. Besides his teaching style, I felt that I couldn't connect with Ron like I do with other teachers. I wished I could have gotten to know him better. 6. Too much work for the working adult. |

| What aspects of the curriculum
were most relevant? 1. Creating the reference assignment and the business solution project. 2. researching what was actually out there 3. I appreciated the intensity of the research that was expected of the class. This class really made me utilize my critical thinking and writing skills. 4. I had a business project that I needed to do anyway, but this class was perfect timing. Really makes you cover all aspects of the research project. Without this class, I probably would not have thought about covering all aspects. 5. The research 6. BRP project Built to Change reading material 7. All 8. | Least? 1. To much overload on the student and to little time to complete project. Need to combine class with Marketing and make it a 10 week class. 2. None 3. none 4. literature review 5. I do believe that this class could have been over a longer period of time. Five weeks is certainly not enough time to really do extensive research, to fully digest that research and then to write about it. 6. papers papers papers 7. the reading 8. All was relevant; however, I found it challenging to create the assignments in the steps provided. I would prefer to create the 15 page paper from the beginning, versus writing fewer pages and building on it each week. For some reason, it was more difficult to continue to add to the final project. I could have used an additional week to complete the tasks better. It is a lot of material for five weeks. |
