Comments
I feel that having a 3-4 page paper due at the end of week 2 as well as the draft for the reflective paper due at the end of week 3 is too much. If the draft were due by Thursday of week 4, students would be able to devote more time to it, and the instructor would still have time to offer feedback before the final draft was due at the end of week 5.
