Summary A very long and full day: begin early in the morning with a tour of Aztec ruins, the so-called Plaza of the Three Cultures; on to the Shrine of Guadelupe, the Patron Saint of Mexico; from there to a large leather factory to shop; and finally on to the Teotihuacan Pyramids outside Mexico City to spend the remainder of the afternoon and most of the evening.

| From Ronald Bolender's journal | We went to the Plaza of the Three
Cultures. But one of the great things that I appreciated seeing was the
Virgin of Mary at the new cathedral that has the world's largest seating
capacity for a church. It shows how much importance the people place upon
their churches as compared to themselves.
The great pyramids are definitely the thing to see in Mexico City.
